For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jita33 website accessible at https://jita33.app and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or services operated under the jita33 brand.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and associated with a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Real Funds" means deposited money of actual monetary value held in a Player's Wallet, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes withdrawable as Real Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures applied to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using online gambling services is illegal under applicable local law.

By completing the registration process on jita33, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted revision to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing jita33 on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to both you personally and that entity.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by jita33 for any breach of these Terms.

jita33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on jita33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. jita33 is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jita33 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jita33 immediately at [email protected].

As part of the KYC process, jita33 may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

All transactions on jita33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jita33 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. jita33 sets a minimum deposit amount of ৳500. Maximum deposit limits are specified on the Wallet page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. jita33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one to twenty-four hours, subject to payment provider processing times. jita33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. jita33 reserves the right to request evidence that the withdrawal destination belongs to the registered account holder.

Currency: If a transaction is initiated in a currency other than Bangladeshi Taka, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. jita33 is not liable for any foreign exchange losses incurred by the Player.

jita33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which are published alongside the individual offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds and must satisfy the stated Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Funds;
• In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence;
• Bonuses may only be used by the Account holder to whom they were issued and may not be transferred;
• jita33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that the offer has been misused, abused, or obtained through fraudulent means;
• Where Real Funds and Bonus Funds coexist in a Wallet, Real Funds are wagered first unless the Player specifies otherwise;
• Bonus Funds not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Wallet without notice.

Players who jita33 reasonably believes are exploiting promotional offers — for example, through coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage, or breach of single-account rules — may have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.

All bets and wagers placed on jita33 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. Rules for individual games, sporting events, and live dealer tables are published within the respective game or sports-betting interface.

The following general rules apply to all forms of wagering on jita33:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the jita33 system and a unique bet reference has been issued;
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed error that results in a clearly erroneous price or outcome, jita33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes;
• jita33 may impose maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per event category. These limits are published in the respective product section;
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, software bugs, or latency in live data feeds to gain an unfair advantage will be considered a breach of these Terms;
• For sports betting, jita33 follows standard industry settlement rules. In-play bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition or authority governing that sport;
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets are settled in accordance with the rules for the specific sport displayed at the time of bet placement.

jita33 is not responsible for interruptions to game availability caused by third-party game providers, scheduled maintenance, or events outside jita33's reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jita33 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or data on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jita33 staff, support agents, or other Players.

jita33 employs fraud detection technology and cooperates with payment processors and law enforcement agencies to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

All content on jita33 — including but not limited to the jita33 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jita33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Use the jita33 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jita33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jita33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jita33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jita33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jita33 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits jita33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jita33's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

jita33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at jita33.app/privacy-policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jita33 applies industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the Platform.

jita33 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
